Workspace and support
Find services, understand account access and follow support conversations.
Open your Splash Nodes workspace and use the sign-in method offered for your account. Keep access to the account email: sign-in, billing and service messages may be sent there. If you use a code, enter the latest one rather than reusing an older message.
Account sign-in, a mailbox password, CloudPanel access and VPS access serve different purposes. Changing one does not necessarily change the others. Use the account’s security settings where offered and store recovery information somewhere private.
Find a service
- Overview: service status and next setup actions.
- Sites: website services, hosting accounts and VPS machines.
- Domains: registration, transfers, DNS and renewal settings.
- Builder: pages, website details and publishing.
- Email: mailbox status, passwords, forwarding and out-of-office replies.
- Phones: availability and enabled telephony services.
- Billing: orders, subscriptions, payment methods and balance.
To move between workspaces, use the menu button in the header, on any screen size. Explore lists the services and View basket opens your current order. Marketing is an internal restricted console, not a standard customer newsletter subscription.
Empty or pending
A sign-in prompt means the page has not established access to your account. A service activation card means that service is not enabled for the account you are viewing. A pending or provisioning status means an order or configuration is still being processed.
If you have already paid, check the order and account email before buying again. Some services also need a domain, initial configuration or project handover. Follow the displayed next step. If the workspace says there is no site attached to the account, ask support to check the account association.
Ask for help
- Open Help and support from the header.
- Use the available chat, email or support tickets route.
- Name the affected service, domain or page and explain what you expected to happen.
- Describe what actually happened, the time and timezone, the error and steps that reproduce it.
- Add a screenshot with private information removed when it helps explain the problem.
For an outage, state what is affected and whether it happens on another device or network. For a content change, provide the page address and the exact replacement wording.
Follow up
Use the ticket or conversation already opened for the issue so its history stays together. Check for a reply requesting details and confirm whether a proposed fix worked. If the problem changes, add the new time, error and impact.
Support scope and response arrangements depend on your service and agreement. A chat session or saved request does not promise an immediate fix or continuous out-of-hours coverage. For urgent issues, explain the impact clearly through the available support routes.
Stay safe
Support can investigate using service identifiers and error details. Do not send account passwords, mailbox passwords, private SSH keys, EPP codes, payment-card details or recovery phrases in ordinary tickets or screenshots.
After using a shared computer, sign out of the workspace and any separate webmail or server session. If you suspect access has been compromised, use the relevant password controls, preserve the incident details and contact support promptly.
