Marketing workspace
Understand the restricted newsletter console and how to request marketing work.
Internal only
The Marketing workspace currently requires a Splash Nodes superadmin account. It is not a self-service newsletter product for ordinary customer accounts. Seeing Marketing in the workspace navigation does not grant access or include managed campaigns in your website plan.
If you want newsletter or marketing work, contact us with the audience, content and outcome you need. Confirm the scope, platform and price before expecting a campaign to be created or sent. For website search guidance, start with SEO basics.
Plan a campaign
Supply the purpose of the message, the intended audience, approved copy, images and the page or action recipients should reach. Identify the sender name and reply address you want used and who will approve the final version.
Explain how people joined the list and how unsubscribe requests are recorded. Keep a suppression list so people who opted out are not added back during an import. Do not send purchased or scraped contact lists. Agree a secure route before transferring subscriber data.
Lists
- Open Marketing with an authorised account and confirm the service is configured.
- Create a list with a meaningful name and select the required single or double opt-in setting.
- Check existing subscribers before adding or importing records to avoid duplicates and unintended resubscriptions.
- Use Add subscriber for an individual or Import for the supported import flow. Review the field mapping and result.
- Confirm list membership and subscription status before selecting an audience for a campaign.
If the page says it is superadmin-only or not configured, an operator must resolve that access or configuration requirement. Repeated imports will not fix it.
Draft and approve
Use Create draft to prepare the campaign. Check its title, subject, sender, content and selected lists. Test every link and review the message on a phone as well as a desktop. Verify that the unsubscribe route is present and works in the delivery setup.
Obtain approval for the exact audience and final message before any sending action. A saved draft is not a sent campaign. After approval, choose Send now on the intended draft and read the confirmation before proceeding. A running campaign offers Pause and Cancel; a paused campaign offers Resume. Pausing or cancelling cannot recall messages already delivered. Use Delete only when you intend to permanently remove the campaign record.
Results
Check the campaign state and any reported delivery errors after the authorised send. Investigate invalid addresses and complaints before using the list again; do not repeatedly retry a failing campaign without understanding the reason.
If an import fails, check the supported format and the error before uploading again. If access is refused, confirm the account role. For a delivery issue, keep the campaign reference, time and exact failure. Share only the subscriber information needed for the investigation through the agreed route.
