Your users call in their web browser, with voicemail, transcripts, forwarding, greetings and business hours. Numbers are bought separately. Outgoing calls are charged separately.
Need queues and agent reporting?
Choose Call Centres for menus, ring groups, queued calls, recording, reports and CRM webhooks. The Call Centre agent price includes the PBX service.
