One agent plan, a complete system

Call Centre is not on sale at the moment. If you already have it with us, it keeps working. To hear when it is back, contact us.

Call Centre includes your managed phone system, browser calling, voicemail, business hours, menus, ring groups, queues, call recording, reports and CRM webhooks. Numbers are bought separately, and outgoing calls are charged separately.

Agents are paid users, not concurrent logins. The workspace currently supports one organisation phone package with a chosen seat quantity. Do not also buy a Managed PBX seat for the same agent.

Route callers to your team

Create a queue in Phones, add its members, choose the ringing strategy, maximum wait and position announcements, then route your number or menu to the queue. Test unanswered calls, overflow handling and voicemail from an external phone.

The standard account supports four simultaneous calls. Ask the team to review capacity for larger queues before ordering.

Recording, reports and integrations

Review call history and reports in Phones, and use the supported CRM webhook configuration to pass call events to your software. CRM integration may require work in your own system. Agree recording storage and retention with the team before activation.

Wallboards, skills routing, supervisor whisper/barge and automated callbacks are outside this launch.

How it differs from Managed PBX

Managed PBX handles everyday office calls. Call Centre adds queues, call menus, recording, reporting and integrations for teams handling customer calls. Read the full comparison.
