Billing

Review your basket, track activation, manage funds and cancel the right service.

Open Billing

Check your order

Use Explore to find a service, then add the intended plan to your basket. Open View basket to review the whole order. Check service names, quantities, domain spellings, configuration choices, billing periods and any setup charges.

The checkout separates what is due now from recurring charges and any later trial or introductory price. Read those amounts before confirming payment. Prices and availability are drawn from the catalogue; an old guide or screenshot is not a quote.

Trial eligibility is checked at checkout and can depend on account history and another paid service. An advertised trial does not mean every account or repeat order qualifies.

Pay

  1. Sign in to the intended account and confirm your billing details.
  2. Choose one of the payment methods actually offered for the order.
  3. Complete any payment-provider authentication, then return to the confirmation screen.
  4. Check Recent orders in Billing and keep the order reference.
  5. Open the service workspace to follow activation or any remaining setup steps.

Payment and service provisioning are separate stages. If payment appears to have succeeded but the service is pending, check the order before paying again. Domain registration and server setup can continue after checkout returns.

Balance and cards

In Balance, choose Add funds, select an amount or enter one, then follow the payment flow. Card and Bitcoin top-up options are shown when available. Follow the generated payment instructions rather than sending funds to an address copied from an earlier payment.

Use Payment methods to review cards and Add a card to save a new one. Check that the intended card is available before a renewal. A top-up adds credit; it does not by itself place a service order.

With Auto top-up, check the threshold and amount, enable Top up automatically and choose Save auto top-up. Review the settings afterwards. These settings are separate from a domain’s auto-renew switch.

Renewals

Use What you pay for to review active services and Recent orders for order history. Check the billing period, next renewal and payment arrangement shown for each service. Keep the account email current so you receive billing messages.

Domain renewals are also controlled from the domain’s settings. Stopping a VPS, disconnecting a website domain, deleting a forwarding rule or simply not signing in does not cancel the associated subscription.

Cancel or change

  1. Identify the exact service in Billing and read its cancellation option and effective date.
  2. Preserve any content, files or mail you need before access ends.
  3. Use Cancel where offered and review the confirmation. If the control is unavailable or the scope is unclear, contact support with the service and order reference.
  4. Check the resulting status and confirmation rather than assuming the request completed.

Cancellation, refunds, domain transactions and website ownership have different conditions. Read the billing, refund and cancellation policy and terms for the agreement that applies. This guide explains the controls; it does not change those conditions.

Payment problems

Payment declined: read the displayed reason, verify the payment details and complete any required authentication. Balance not updated: keep the payment reference and check the payment status before making another top-up. Unexpected renewal: compare the service and billing period with your order and contact support.

Share the order or transaction reference, amount, date and exact error. Never send complete card numbers, security codes, banking passwords or cryptocurrency recovery phrases.
